The Perfect Getaway

Surrounded by trees, this idyllic property has rustic charm baked right in. A small set of steps leads up to the hut, which has a stable door – peak inside and note the attractive shutters that adorn the windows and the quaint lamps that hang from the ceiling. The compact kitchen features a small table with bar stools and thoughtful extra touches including a coffee machine with a supply of pods, fresh bread and freshly -laid eggs. There’s also a photo album detailing how the property was created, as well as a TV and an electric fire. On the left is a comfortable double bed with a high-quality mattress designed with a great night’s sleep in mind. Completing the accommodation is the stylish shower room.

Outside, the hut has its own stone-chipped patio area, marked out by a very low wooden border and two welcoming lamp posts. Here you’ll find a table and chairs, a BBQ, and a fire pit, making it the perfect place to sit out and perhaps spot the woodpeckers, red squirrels and an array of inquisitive birds who visit from time to time. A grass area beyond the patio has two sun loungers, where you can sit back with a good book or plan the next day’s activities.
